One of my goals was to "have power over food, not allow food to have power over me." I have pondered it, visualized it, and reached for it. And now...that goal is being realized. Not having any cravings. Eating is becoming a means to an end...nourish the body. Meals are delicious but I have little appetite throughout the day. I can now make different meals for the kids and not be tempted by them. It's a non-scale victory that I will take and enjoy!
