Had a great night in the gym - ran 6K and felt fantastic. got my full work out in and at about 90% pre hospital performance. followed by a really great dinner - Spaghetti squash with bolognaise and parm cheese. sautéed spinach with fresh garlic and that ciabatta bread. woke up today in a great place and I am excited to be having a good day so far.
