Not feeling fantastic but what can you do? Just keep going I guess!
Headache woke me up at 4am and I took some aleve and went back to bed. Oh the joys of having that time of the month. Meh.

*TMI from here on*

Haven't done a lot on the exercise front today (only a short walk to the post office) and have given into my caffeine cravings & had 2 cups of tea so far. I was kind of hoping the lack of tea the last few days might have been the cause of the headache but no such luck. I'm glad though that it hasn't become the usual "scheduled" migraine that comes along with my period.

My stomach is upset as well (which might be because I've eaten too many mushrooms, or it could be period related) and I've picked up a bottle of diet pepsi at the minimart. The bubbles will help if nothing else.

This is day 2. Hopefully tomorrow will be a bit easier.
