it's not so easy. recently discovered a fabulous bakery and I'm enjoying their products on a daily basis. yummy, but loaded with calories

Good job with staying in control then! I know how hard it is! 🤷🏻♀️One of my favorite protein bar companies just put out a flavor that, for some reason, tastes incredibly good, and I’m about to ban it from my house if I can’t learn to control myself! 🤦🏻♀️So you are showing marvelous willpower!💁🏻♀️

Willpower! Ha! Football and beer are back on the menu for Saturdays and Sundays. I'll be happy with anything under 70kg on Monday morning.
