went to macdonalds yesterday and was strong didn't get a drink or chips and halved the wrap I got, sneaked a sip of drink and just felt guilty. Putting away choc chip biscuts today was soo hard to resist but it passed when I think how high the numbers probably were. doing great with water and avoiding sugars, bought new drink bottles and small weights to get me going.
