🤷♀️ I think it must be water retention. I went to the gym last night and had a great workout. I do 2.5miles on the treadmill (I could do more but I get bored) walking and running. I’m trying to increase my running and I’m going to reinstall my C25k app. I also worked out a bit on the weight machines and I focus mostly on my underarm flab lol I have always had crazy muscular legs 🙈 and my leg muscles are popping out a lot more just from the treadmill. I’m trying to embrace my crazy legs lol
