Day 3 of VLCD. The hunger though, too much. Driinking water makes it better but still cant wait for lunch. And I cant used to drinking my coffee without any sugar. Im down to 1tsp for a mug so I'm just going to leave it there. I cant let go of everything I guess. And its the only thing that takes away my cravings at night. luckily it does not cause any insomnia.
