Haha, I didn't do a good job logging my food so I'm pretty sure I ate more than usual. I also ate a big sweet potato and an entire can of beans around 8:30 last night. So I'm not worried about it.. yet ;-)

So this might be the added sodium from the beans? LOL 🤷🏻‍♀️You sound like me! LOL I’m adding MUCH more Himalayan salt to my diet since realizing how dehydrated my body has really been. I’m not even at the low end of the range! And I drink twice the liquid that most people do! No wonder I have syncope! 🤦🏻‍♀️Take care!
