The last couple of days have been difficult. I haven't wanted to stay on point or actually do anything :( I know, laziness strikes!
I'm going to try today to be back on the ball & see if I can get re-motivated. Sometimes it seems pointless though. I've got a serious craving for cupcakes & chocolate chip cookies....which doesn't help. And no, I don't want to gain back the weight I lost last week.
