BGL this morning 5.7. Finally 3 readings in a row in the 5's. Keytones have dropped to 0.4, but whatever. Weight is down, blood sugar has stabilised. I've been refered to a dietician, I meet with her today. I'm wondering should I even mention the Keto, lol.
