well the cookies were a bust. but i guess that is the learning process. l like coconut as much as the next person, but they the coconut flour was a bit on the overwhelming side. nd unfortunately it did keep together like a "brownie" kept falling apart. ih well learning process. on another note.. I dropped 2lb since Friday. that is sik, im buggin. but its a good high.. lol. good Sunday FS fam and keep at it..
