Well not what I was hoping for in loss for the week but, I have been working a lot, painting, up and down ladders, I can fell the muscles even had to stretch a few extra days this past week so I think it is time to start the measuring tape see where the fat is disappearing and muscle is growing. Kinda excited though I really want to get down a size I can be patient.
