Today I am really hungry. I've almost eaten my lunch and it's only 11:30. Trying to drink water and green tea instead of eating more. I have an rx bar and some carrots but trying not to eat those until this afternoon. Also up today is my 4th run. I'm feeling nervous as it's going to get harder today. I really don't want to fail this time. I am so sick and disgusted of feeling fat. I want to see a size 10 again and feel good about me and what others see. I'm determined but afraid.

You can do it. Fight thru the hunger with celery or apple slices and lemon water. I find that it helps. This is coming from a woman who loooooves her carbs.

Hang in there - veggies will help, get some low-fat hummus for the protein and fiber. I am right where you are!

Can u eat carrots? Try veggies

First, be good to yourself. Abbadabba is right, the hummus will help fill you up and make you feel satisfied. Also nuts can help. 20 yummy pecan halves are about 200 calories. As you are running, they should help your stamina. Hang in, don't be afraid. If you can look up, you can get up. Also know if you don't have enough calories, your body will think it's starving and not give up the weight.

Two boiled eggs will satiate your appetite.

Hang in there. It's a struggle for all of us but you can do it! Raw vegetables will fill you up and take a long time to digest. Dr. Oz once said that it is not the number of calories you eat that fills you up, it is the volume of food you eat. Raw vegetables are the number one best way to fill up on a few calories. I eat raw carrots, raw celery and salads at almost every meal. Low carb fruit like berries and apples are also great. I eat raw carrots and celery with breakfast every morning and raw vegetables at lunch. Afternoon snack is an apple. A low fat cheese stick with the apple helps if you are really hungry. And drink lots of water! Water helps flush the toxins out of your system and helps you feel less hungry. You got this!

my dad always says there is no fear in love. if you can love yourself (whether making those tough food choices and powering through or eating more than you wanted to but moving on) then maybe it would be less scary. i am trying this out and have felt more motivated and empowered lately.
