I can’t believe it. I’ve been doing Low carb (not yet at Keto “low carb” but I’m keeping it under 60 carbs a day) since Wednesday and I’ve lost 6lbs! I’m really amazed. I’m working my way slowly into the under 20 carbs because I’ve tried to do it fast and ended up binging on carbs left right and center, so this way was suggested to me and I’ve not had any cravings thus far 😊 I hope it keeps going that direction

The only thing as soon as u eat more carbs u will gain weight even if on a deficit

I am willing to make it a new lifestyle. I like not having gut pain and stomach aches, and the last 3 days have been free of those. Usually I’m in a lot of pain, and now I’m in a lot less. 😊 my mom is on a similar plan as me, but there are some things different, and my sister-in-law is on the same one as me so we are gunna meet up and cook things together 😊. I am more than willing to give up everything that I have to to gain a healthy body and life. I’m barely over 30 and the seniors where I work are more physically healthy than I am 😩. I want a healthy life more than I want junk food. I want to be able to go hiking all day long and see beautiful sights. I want to be able to fit on roller coasters. I want to be able to sit on the ground and play with my niece and nephew. I want to live. 😊 if that means giving up French fries and pasta and stuff like that for good, then I’m fine with that. I knew this getting into this plan. I’ve tried counting calories and I just keep gaining weight. I’ve tried exercise and I keep gaining weight. I’ve tried both and I still gained weight and was hungry. I’ve been tested for thyroid disorder and I’m fine, my doc tested me for everything and came back totally healthy. So they’re stumped. So I will literally do anything, give up anything, to be healthy. 😊
