I am on week 3 day 2 of my 5k trainer app. Today is the first day that I wasn't waiting on the run timer to stop so I could walk. I can hardly believe it. Progress. Sweet sweet progress. If I can do it, anyone can. I didn't think I could keep moving my legs week 1 day 1 but I kept trying and trusting the app and today it was easier. Hallelujah! 🤗
