Happy Monday everyone - New week after a good weekend. I managed to get a fair amount of time in the guitars - went to Tahoe to visit my oldest son who has been estranged for a few years. Finished a few projects around the house and even managed to get a few movies in. Headed to the endocrinologist this morning to follow up on my labs, so I am excited and a little apprehensive has I am not sure how this will go. I am doing everything I can to stay the course for my Diabetes and health so I am going be accepting of the results and drive on. I did add a supplement of magnesium and b-12 to help with some knots in my feet (recommended by my chiropractor) so I will see how this goes - the meds I got from the podiatrist are not really helping and I would prefer to not be on medication unless I have to - stupid pancreas. I hope everyone had a great weekend and has a great day on this adventure we call life.
