Diario di rallspach, 02 lug 12

I went off my diet yesterday and ate about 6 cups of all different types of fruit! I was carving watermelon, pineapple, cherries, bananas, kiwi, strawberries, etc. Loved it going down, but all that fruit made my stomach cramp and I did not feel good - bloating, gas..... I'm back on track this morning though. Low carbs seem to be the way my body wants me to eat! I'm trying to get off at least 10 more pounds by the end of this month - going on vacation to the Smokey Mountains!
