Totally agree! I got to 109kgs with my ex.I got engaged, lost the weight. It lasted only 6 months 😔 broke up and then put most of it back on- 107kgs. I decided this year to better myself and lose the weight. You can do it too!! It will just take time and determination.This is definitely something we ALL can be selfish with and NOT feel guilty one single bit 🙏🏻 we are all here to better ourselves, I wish you all the very best with your “healthy” journey 😉
