I'm a 50 year old recovering heart patient. I've been told by my physician that I need to lose 25-35 pounds. I work a desk job so my opportuniteis to excercise thru the day are none. I have a great husband who's very supportive and two children that are single and just finished college, and will soon be moving home.

I'm looking forward to a full house and yet I have misgivings about sticking to my routine when I have everyone home again. I'm hoping by joining this site I'll be able to get some support from others.
