Been a big guy my whole life. Been successful losing weight on every diet out there. Jenny Craig's, Weight Watchers, Nutri Systems, Omni fast, an all liquid diet & 30/10 weight loss for life. Each time I gained it back & more. With each one I made it to my goal weight of 180 lbs. I am 51 years old & want to be healthier and live a better quality of life. Tired of the sore knees & back. I want to be that sexy Cowboy that my wife feel in love with when I was 177 lbs back in 2013. Now I am 335 lbs in 2018. I want myself back!
