Since Christmas I've packed on some pounds that I just can't seem to shed. I've been on weight watchers before, and it's worked for me, but lately I've been having a hard time being diciplined with my eating habits. A co-worker and I have decided to take the challenge on together. I have 11 lbs I want to lose so I can look good in my wedding dress this summer!! And hopefully continue to keep the weight off.
