I am a 42 year old mom of 4 and grandma to 1. I have never had a weight problem to speak of as far as gaining it just by looking at food, but once I hit 35!! WOW!! I went from 155 to 260. In 2007 I had lap band surgery and it has not worked well for me as I stil have a mental eating disorder! SUX!! So I thought it was time for a lifestyle change. And at one day at a time...I am trying~
