I had a stroke at 24 where I put on a significant amount of weight. My heaviest was 181, and thankfully I am significantly down from that now. Currently I am 27 and wanting to shed the one reminder of my stroke that I can control. I want to get in tip top shape so that I can get back into the sports I love, and used to be involved in before my stroke. I hope to summit Mt. Hood, and climb the Monkey Face at Smith Rock in Oregon before I complete my Masters degree.
