I used to have another profile on here but my memory has failed me once again by losing the password somewhere in the labyrinth known as the subconscious. I have gained some weight recently and finally motivated myself to get back on the ship. After years of dieting, I have now understood and accepted that diets aren't a permanent solution, therefore, I will be trying out this healthy eating and exercise path. I am not one to hide my curves, I actually embrace and celebrate them. I just want to lose excess weight to ensure good health (both mental and physical).
