I am a 72 year old retired (2012) language arts teacher who loves to spend time with my three grandkids. I taught sixth graders for 32 years and enjoyed getting up every morning to greet them. Mike and I love having coffee together and taking walks on our 110 acre farm in southern Ohio. All isn't as rosy as it seems. We are beginning to have a few health issues and want to stay active and eat well. We both love our sweets which causes its own problems. ☺
I joined fat secret in 2013 at 155 pounds. I mix a mediterranean diet with a few weeks of keto here and there. I love to read historical fiction, children's literature, and presidential biographies. My goal is to reach 125 pounds and maintain. It is a slow process, but getting there.
