I am a wife and mom of one. Both hubby and daughter are in excellent shape and very healthy. I on the other hand have my share of "issues" -like chocolate, Starbucks, chips, fast food, bread (all types) etc. So I have made a personal committment that before my 50th birthday which is next July, I too will become "shapely" and healthy like the rest of the fam:) Cause it's no fun being the odd one out.

Pray me well on this 75lbs journey that I have embarked upon and I will do the same for you. Blessings
