Hi my name is THami I am a 33 years old and I live in Pretoria in South Africa I have an office job so i don't move alot at work or during the day I have been struggling with my weight for years I seem to gain a lot of weight over a short period. trying to loose weight for my big day I currently have lost about 7 kilograms starting from 103.4 kg and my current ideal weight is 80kg hoping to achieve this milestone in the next three months it has been years since I weighed that much, fingers crossed and putting in the hard work.
