I'm a 56 year old male from Saint John, New Brunswick,Canada, working in health care as an LPN in a psychiatric hospital. I'm a drummer in a church band and a classic rock band. My goal is to lose weight to my BMI of 189 # within 12 months and maintain that Weight for the rest of my life for my overall health and well being.
