I'm 18 years old and recently had a wake-up call when it came to my weight. I had sworn to myself that I would never go over the 200lbs mark, but I did after Christmas. No more! This year is going to be extremely difficult, as I'm also doing my Leaving Certificate exams in a few months. Alas, I let my weight deteriorate for too long and now I have to take care of both at the same time.
