Been on WW for years, always was heavy as a kid but lost about 75 pounds in 6 months when I was 21. Since then I have gone up an down but married with a 2 year old, it has slowly crept back on. Seeing those celebs lose the lbs convinced my wife and I to buy the book and give it a shot.
