I'm a 53 year old east coast lady. I have 4 grown kids and 12 wonderful grandbabies so far. I am very overweight and my health is suffering very much. I need to just "Be Brave" and keep moving forward everyday. I can't give in to excuses or the constant pain I am in. I suffer also with severe back issues and fibromyalgia, IBS and many other health issues to. My goal is to lose weight healthily and GET MY LIFE BACK!!
