I gained a lot of weight while I was going through a high stress period in my life. After avoiding going to the doctor for a few years, I finally went and was shocked to find out out I weighed 249 lbs. Through diet and exercise I have lost 30 lbs so far, but it took me like two years. I am ready to dive in and get to my goal weight.
