I have managed to get to 10 stones 1lb ... new goal target is 9 stones 7lb ... slowly but surely!
At the moment my BMI is 26.6 - overweight
I’m trying to be good keeping weight off !
Trying to eat healthily and moving more
Getting married in September 2018 so want to look nice :-)
