I am a Christian woman in my 50s, married to 1 man for 26 years with 3 girls (26, 19 and eternally 10). I started my journey in 2015 at 476 lbs. I have lost 90 lbs. I don't exercise at all because I have back issues. Lately I have been stagnant so I am starting new. I want to lose 136 more lbs. And I am going to start exercising, basically walking and it starts today. Fatsecret is new to me. I am starting fresh. I look forward to a successful journey with Fatsecret.
