65 year young woman with lot's of energy. I was able to lose 60 pounds on my own but now I seem to have reached a plateau. I seem to have peaked and I'm struggling with these last few pounds. I thought if I joined a support group I would be motivated to follow through. I'm in need of encouragement and I'm ready to encourage!!
