Being diagnosed with PCOS and Insulin resistance, and not getting to shake of the weight and concieve for a second child either, I decided this year on the age of 31 , NO MORE WEIGHT for me.....its my plan to lose at least 1kg per week over the next 6 - 8 months untill I can reach a healthy weight of 80kg and fit into a size 14 again......I need to find myself again, be happy with myself again, love myself again...! Its time to put the sad life and overweight behind me and move forward to a new me....
