I just graduated college this year. Going in as a freshman, I weighed about 205 lbs. I was ok with my body, but I was definitely open to losing a few of the extra pounds. By the time I graduated, however, I had gained almost 40 lbs. I guess all that junk food and partying over the college years did me in. I'm ready for a fresh start now, and that means losing all the extra pounds I gained.

I'm starting at about 245 and trying to get it down to 200 lbs by the end of this year. I'm using the calorie count diet, nothing special. Just trying to clean up some of the bad habits I've built up over the last 4 years and get back to a comfortable weight.
