I have been over weight my whole life and I want to change that now before something serious happens. My goal is to be down to 150 by this time next year and I know I can do it I've done it before. About my family I've been married for almost 2 years and have a 17 year old son from a previous marriage and thank god my son gets along great with my husband. I've also got great support at home as my husband is also working on losing weight and is doing a great job so far. I'm excited for this to happen and getting my health back on track is a huge thing for me to accomplish by this time next year.
