Back at it again...it's so easy to fall off the wagon and say I'll start tomorrow or Monday. One thing I have learned is that tomorrow/Monday never comes.
It's about making small changes that I can live with on a daily basis. Am I going to give up choclolate forever...hell no...but it's not about giving up the things I love it's about learning to eat healthy portions and being active.
I joined Curves. I have heard a lot of mixed reviews about it but bottom line for me is that I like it and it gets me moving. I need to start somewhere and I'm very happy with my decision! :-)

Proud...so very proud of myself. Went to the fair yesterday and while I did enjoy some "fair food" I certainly didn't eat like I thought I would have. Cotton candy is my all time favourite fair food and I barely ate any! This is a huge success for me!!
Definitely not eating enough protein. Wow. It's funny how you don't realize these things until you write it all down. Thank you FS!!! I'm definitely eating better but still need to balance out the protein and carbs. I have to find some good snacks that are high in protein for at work. Any suggestions??

Summer is winding down so it's time to get back on track with everything. I've been eating well and actually starting to feel better. I started driniking a capful of braggs apple cidar vinegar in a bit of warm water every morning and following it with a cup or water. Not sure if it's in my head or not but I'm feeling better. My joints aren't quick so stiff which is wonderful!!!
