Wow. I've been letting myself go this past year. I love eating. So the only solution for me: Intermittent Fasting, where I just don't eat at certain times. Hopefully this will help me lose weight and cure my need to eat a lot.
I read that women should be particularly careful though. Any tips and suggestions from those also doing intermittent fasting? What method do you use? How much weight do you lose per day/week? What should I look out for?

It is super difficult to diet when it's cold! I feel like I'm going nowhere with this now. Maybe I'll just do the best I can and then start fresh when spring comes.

Was on a 1 month "hiatus". Too much was going on where eating wrong wasn't a choice at times. But I'm now going to start over and get myself back on track. I'm too scared to weigh myself 🙈🙈🙈
