Today is a brand new day!! I worked out last night at the gym doing circuit with a good friend. Who is not wanting to lose the same weight as me but is in the same boat, wanting to be healthier :)

I went today for a consultation for a private trainer. YES they are expensive- but HELL its tax time- and Im willing to put that money into getting me over this damn hump ive been trying to get over for over 7 years!!!!

I want to be the old me but better! I want to learn how to be a better me!

This place I am going to dont really want me to count calories so Im gonna be on here to mainly track my food so I can keep track of it for them to see what I need to do to get to my goal. She said "you have to want this and with the tears in your eyes your telling me you do, and Im gonna help you...You have realized your way isnt working- so come try mine" and Im going to :))
