Here’s what I decided to do:
1. stop trying to figure out why I binge;
2. make meal plans for the month
3. exercise 2X/day (weights in AM, walk/run in PM)
As long as I stay within my calorie goal. This method worked for me in the past.
Here’s to going backwards to go forward.

Won’t stop eating foods that take me away from my goals. Have to figure out what is causing me to stay on this rollercoaster. I know some of the reasons but apparently not all. Well, here’s to me to keep searching.

Logging everything I eat and drink. Also, I am deciding what to eat before entering the kitchen. Most importantly, I am reminding myself how binge eating is not helping me with reaching my goal.

And just like that a 10.8 lb gain. Okay it wasn’t just like that…but here I am. Now back to basics: focus, plan, execute.

Goal is to run in the 2025 New York City Marathon with a finish time of less than 6 hours. Started training today - 2 miles - alternating 1 minute running and 2 minutes power walking.
Results: 2.01 miles; 15:23 mph in 31 minutes
