Everyday I fight hunger, there is now medication for this. I asked about Ozempic. The Diabetic Pharmacy gave interesting info. You have to be pre diabetic or full diabetic. I am in remission now not classed as either. Ozempic stops hunger, which is what I am very interested in. But for the foreseeable future I am back to my rules. Limits, lots of movement, and cooking. I have to do this!! 🏊🏽♀️🚴🏽♀️🏃🏾♀️

Today is good news. 😷 appointment June 5 2024, (after cruise I am brave). Weight 149 yes I made target weight!! Resting heart beat 60 beats per minute I'm an athlete. Blood Pressure 110/80 Great. A1C 5.4 Normal People's, up a little (.2). Waist 42 inches up (2 inches). Great visit. I did the spa on the cruise. Love the spa and weights. I have to do this!! 🏊🏽♀️🚴🏽♀️🏃🏾♀️

I saved those days from holidays, birthdays anything I could have. I saved those days to spend with a member of my family. My older sister (80). She did not have a good time. She had question's, why I had turned so mean. The answer I gave was I have become just like you my family. The question was why had I not given my other sister my kidney. The answer I gave was why did you not given yours. The difference was not that the question was asked. But now I have a voice to answer. Before I would have given, even if it was to my detriment. Now I consider this part of my life, my happy time, so I get to answer. If it not in my best interest I don't do it. I learned a lot on this cruise. I can dance, laugh, dress to impress, socialize, seek companionship with people out side my family, I can also ignore, say no, and move on. And I have. I have to do this!! 🏊🏽♀️🚴🏽♀️🏃🏾♀️
