Dipped below 200 and would like to stay at 200. But, weight reduction now is purely water. Should come back when I carb up starting next Thursday. Will have to increase food intake for a few days.

Should achieve 200 lbs. tomorrow. Will seriously begin pulling water off this weekend and then carb up next Thursday and Friday for Saturday competition. The last two weeks are the hardest but the most gratifying. When the water comes off, it is like opening a present and seeing what is inside. You get to see the results of hard work in the gym. The offset is that with such a carb restricted diet, everything is harder to do whether work, exercise or play.

1.2 pounds to go to be down to 200 lbs. Then, just maintain until 2 days before the competition (Nov. 3rd) then get to eat as many carbs as I can take. Shooting for 600 grams per day. Estimate competition weight at 205 after carb loading offset by additional weight loss and reduced water retention.
