I've recently become obsessed with 2 things, 1) the elusive 25 calorie hot chocolate mix...it's out there, I just can't find it. And 2) running shoes, I can't stop thinking about buying another pair. Both of these aren't bad things to be obsessed about, but I'm living on quite the tight budget with the wedding. We'll see how long I can hold out.

I still haven't had any luck in finding the low calorie hot chocolate, anyone know what brand it is?
I'm also trying to eat more proteins so I'm not as hungry. I think I am getting used to eating less, in general, I don't feel hungry like I used to. This weekend went ok, I did fall off the wagon and had a drink. But it was fun and totally worth it. It's hard to watch everyone drink and not have one. Call it peer pressure. I'm going to try and bump up the gym to 4 times a week and the DVD 3 times a week. I hope I can keep to it.

I've been sticking to the 8 glasses of water and vitamin taking daily. It's been hard cause I'm not really a big water drinker but I'm making it work. I probably drink about 10-13 cups of water a day now, especially when I work out the gym. Tonight it is a night out with friends, I'm hoping to hit the gym beforehand and to minimize eating junk while out. I'm still not drinking alcohol, though last night I had a taster of a wine from Nappa :). I will say this, I do miss a cold alcoholic beaverage after work...but it's worth it to be able to fit into my clothes without bunching or pulling or buttons flying off and taking an eye out. I've also been fighting the temptation to weigh myself everyday, it's hard not to, I'm curious at how I'm doing. I'm just trying to do it once a week. Next weigh in is on the 22nd.

I finally got myself on a good calorie count yesterday. No protein bars and no hot cocoa. I will have to look into the low calorie cocoa...it's getting too cold in Chicago not to drink something warm in the morning. I also cut out all caffeine a few months ago so I don't have coffee to warm me up! I'm super excited to have lost another 2 pounds, I thought for sure that I would have gained more weight since I wasn't sticking right to the 1200 calorie plan but I think since I was working out as much as I was it was ok. I'm also getting back on track with teh 30 Day Shred, it kicked my butt this mornig but was good. Wii boxing is a real work out, might have to start incorporating it into my daily activities. My fiance and I were both sweating like crazy!

Ugh, I'm eating about 200-300 calories more than what I set my goal to be (1200). I need to tighten up the eating habits. I guess no more hot cocoa even though its freezing here in Chicago! And I think I'm putting myself over by eating too many protein bars (200 calories) since they are exactly the amount of calories that is putting me over. The weekends are hard though since my fiance and I have date night and I want to go out with friends. We'll see if I make it through this week with no more hiccups.
Weighing in tomorrow.
