what a day. Father's day and my day started well, just a piece of the 39% lower carb bread with vegemite and the vegan nutalex buttery. Then my daughter rocks in with the Krispy Kremes for Fathers day, awww how beautiful of her but oh, hang on, this one is for you mum 🤦🤦🤦 a strawberry filled one...Ummm hello, today is the 1st of September, was stepping up my game plan to lose the extra 5 kilos I've put on theough change of meds. So right there I knew it was going to be a stuff up and might aswell go with the flow. Out we went to our local club for lunch, I ate the sizzling garlic king prawns, no rice but also a chicken skewer which looked deep fried to me, abit weird but hey, got the skimmilk cappuccino and a lemon meringue pie. Yep 🤦🤦🤦 decided to skip dinner and here we are. Am determined that this month (being my birth month) is the month I'm kicking those 5 kilos to the curb. Good luck to you all
