It's Day 2 ya'll!
I will again be at my daughter's house most of the day. She is going away to college August 10th for 2 years so I am spending as much time as I can with her. (hence the eating of the slice of coconut cream pie yesterday lol)
I woke up, did 30 min of exercises (1 min workout, bellydance)then I ate a frozen coffee fat bomb I made, and had a small bowl of organic granola with original almond milk from HyVee.
Not sure what I will eat for lunch but today has definitely got to be a lower carb day for me! So far, I've been carb stepping up and down like I learned to do in order to break plateau and it's working so I'm stickin to it! My high carb day will either be Saturday or Sunday!

I recorded my dinner and more snack foods in now so I'm DONE eating for today!
I stop eating at 7PM daily so I'm watching America's Got Talent and the show after it and OFF TO GET MY 8 HOURS ZZZZ I go!

OK I think I figured out how this works now, so I logged in my foods (yep, even the guilty pleasure one!)
I am not on a set eating plan other than mostly veg/fruit/nuts/seeds/dairy. I don't eat meat other than very occasional fish.
Day 1, I'd say, was mostly a SUCCESS and I still have dinner left to go! Will log that in after I imbibe.

Over the past 2-3 weeks I started belly dancing, 1-7 min workouts daily except on Sabbath.
I have lost weight, inches, feel so much better!
On Aug 8th I will be getting an endometrial biopsy to find out why my uterine lining is too thick and shedded after 2 years of no period. UGH
I plan to live my life SUPER HEALTHY AND FOCUSED ON FITNESS the rest of my days!
