Not bad. I did some low impact cardio yesterday, so that I would burn calories, but not bulk up. Because my body is really holding onto every single inch of water. I could tell I would be lighter today as soon as I woke up. My stomach looks a smidge smaller. I'm happy. I know it will take some time to keep going down. Patience is the key here.

I had a rest day yesterday. yesterday when I woke up I was 299.0. so I definitely dropped a little. I know my hard work will have results. I'm going to weight train only twice per week. I'll definitely get some cardio in today. nothing to heavy. I'll also try and stay under 1000 cals.

i dont know wtf is going on. why am i gaining weight instead of losing weight. my deficit per day is 3500. I'm not sure if I'm in starvation mode, and if its something i can come out of. i feel completely empty, but i haven't pooped in a few days. for today, i'm going to try and decrease my workouts, and keep my calorie limit the same. hopefully that helps. i think ill stay in a deficit of 2500 and 3000 for today.

Realizing i can eat 1000+ calories per day, i just have to be willing to exercise more, in order to make the 3500 calorie deficit per day. It's worth it. I especially like starting the day off with around 600-800 calories, it's such a boost, and it makes me feel SUPER full. I like feeling really full. Then I drink 6-8 cups of water, oolong tea and green tea, and more water with calamamsi. It's not bad. i feel full. the important thing is that right after i eat i need to make sure that i work out for at least 15-20 minutes. today after lunch i went ahead and biked for 30 minutes, burning around 600 calories. i'm hoping to create a big enough deficit so i can have a yogurt for lunch, and a nice sized salad for dinner. I'm already in the 3500 calorie deficit, i just need to try and stay there. i'll probably eat a yogurt around 3pm, and exercise on the bike for around 10 mins at 15mph. That should burn around 250 calories, to keep me in a deficit. Then around 6ish i'll have dinner, then do a final 5-10 mins of biking at around 11mph for around 150 calories burned.

blah. i can't poop. so if i can't poop, i won' lose any weight. i will spend the day drinking LOTS of water, and LOTS of HOT tea with calamansi. I will also take 1 shit tea.
