Ugh. A little not happy with myself. I ate four slices of pepperoni pizza. Of course, my non-existent gallbladder told me the grease was bad already, cause it definitely didn't agree.
I ate 4 pieces, but that's still better than usual. Usually I would eat a whole pizza by myself, but I know I can do better. My bf eats two pieces and then he's good (he's much thinner than I am). Why can't I do that? Why do I have to feel like I'm starving all the time.
I'm slacking off in the water department, but I'm working on it. I drank a little soda today too (I've been terrible today), but I'll do my best to work it off over the next week.
Also went shopping for like... 4 hours. That's a lot of walking. Eventually my knees kind of gave and I had to go home, but I feel proud of myself for getting out there.
Better days ahead. Surely.

It's 7:37a.m. and I am awake. I have to go to school this morning for gardening. It's a class that my mother and I are taking. I hope that the stuff we do outside with it will help knock off some pounds as well.
I've already had a large bottle of water and working on some cranberry juice (I get sick easy if I don't drink it...) so I will be ready for the day.
My first day on the water challenge went very well. I drank a ton of water. Much more than I am used to drinking, so I was floating away by the end of the day (Ha ha ha).
I'm getting an early start with the exercise video challenge. I started doing more so yesterday (my mother helped me when I couldn't do the steps, she gave me things that were easier for me to do, but still a little challenging).
Overall, I'd say I'm not doing so bad. More updates later probably.

Today, I am at my mother's house exercising with her. If I can get her to join the little group we have going to lose some weight, I think I will. I need to pick up some juice at the store, but I don't want to drink too much of it. I need a proper bottle that shows how large it is and how much juice would be inside it.
As for the water challenge, I am doing very well. I have already been drinking at least two bottles of water this morning. I wish there was a feature to track that on here. ^^;
Well, that's all for now. Hopefully I can lose at least one or two pounds by valentines day. I hope that I can lose some weight all next month. My goal is to lose a pound a week, so that I can fit into nicer clothes again. I want to be healthy, too, of course, but there are perks to looking good, like if you look good you feel good, too.
Mom is teaching me some of the Pilates stuff that she knows, so I'm doing the best I can to keep up with her. Ha ha ha.
