I didn't start exercising yet, but at least I downloaded this app to be more aware of my calorie intake and mindful of the nutritional quality of the food I eat. This app calculated 900 daily calories but I think I will budge it to 1000 - 900 seems too hard for me to adhere to and I don't want to beat myself up too much for going over. I went to the grocery store to compare food products and substitutions I can make for healthier options. Forgot to get a low calorie mayo so getting that tomorrow. Took my "before" pics today to keep me motivated when I feel like slipping. 🤣 I'm worried though that I won't lose enough before my trip to Hawaii in August. This app calculated that it will take until Sept for me to reach my weight goal. 😩 I'm doing good with my water intake though so hopefully I can keep that up. I've seen a couple of boot camps and I'm intimidated to go. I haven't exercised for a long time and I'm afraid my body is too weak to be pushed to my limits. I'm hoping that walking would be an easier activity I can start and keep up with. I'll give it 2 weeks and if nothing seems to be happening, then maaaaaybe I'll look into those boot camps. I'm sad I can't have Boba 😭😭😭, but I want to fit in the clothes I've been hanging on all these years. I hope I will start my walk tomorrow. Baby steps, but at least I started...😊
